The Lower Arkansas Valley Water Conservancy District was created to preserve the waters of the Lower Arkansas Valley, and in so doing, to support the economic viability of the agricultural producers of the Valley

The District believes that conservation easements represent a valuable tool to achieve this goal, and desires to encourage their use by accepting appropriate donations of easements. Moreover, the District is committed to maintaining the quality of conservation easements and the integrity of the District. It is imperative that conservation easements remain a viable tool for the District and for landowners, and that individual landowners are protected from injury.

The District is pleased to announce that it has conditionally agreed to accept Easements from the following:

Acceptance of these easements is contingent upon several requirements, including receiving appraisals, which meet the requirements of the Internal Revenue Code.

The District believes that all requirements are attainable, and would like to thank the submitting landowners for their hard work and commitment.
