List of Review Appraisers
This is the list of appraisers that LAVWCD is comfortable with without review appraisals. The list is based on GOCO's extensive experience as another public entity with similar appraisals.
The list includes GOCO's review appraisers (R) and others whose work GOCO has accepted in the recent past and who were reviewed at least twice without issues. The district always reserves the right to have any appraiser's work reviewed for any reason, which is the same policy GOCO follows.
If you come across an appraiser who is not on the list, the District can give GOCO a call and they will tell us their experience with that appraiser (if they have one).
